Defying stereotypes,
creating change.

Building bold, unstoppable changemakehers.
Blending ancestral wisdom with cutting-edge tech, we ready young women to own the digital age.
A letter from our founder,
What began as a spark—my dream to see young Indigenous and Pasifika women empowered—has grown into a powerful network of 17,500 changemakers across the Pacific, from Canberra’s city streets to the shores of Aitutaki.
Changemakeher is a movement reaching over 100 schools across the wider Pacific region, equipping young women with tech skills to make a positive impact.

Our members use these skills—whether in AI, digital storytelling, or app development—to address real issues in their communities.
In 2024, we launched with Changemakeher: Healthcare, where nearly 900 young women developed culturally grounded solutions to pressing health challenges, guided by role models like Dr. Ineke Meredith and Dr. Nini Prescott. The results were powerful: 99% of participants left feeling more confident, connected, and ready to lead.

Changemakeher is all about giving young women the tools and support they need to use tech skills for good. With your support, we’re ensuring every young woman across the Pacific has the opportunity to lead boldly, grounded in both cultural strength and digital expertise.

Thank you for joining us on this journey. Together, we’re creating a future where young women lead with purpose and power.

"This programme really motivated me, as a Pasifika young girl with big dreams, to go far with my goals.
I now know I can achieve whatever I put my heart to."
